Jon Hoelter, Ph.D. has published extensively in the fields of social psychology, statistical modeling and measurement. His work on personality/self-conception is widely cited and his work in measurement/structural equation modeling is used in many statistical packages, such as SPSS's AMOS, SAS and LISREL (see Hoelter's Critical N). Before joining Markinetics, Dr. Hoelter was a tenured, associate professor at the University of Cincinnati, an adjunct professor of business at Bowling Green State University, and corporate vice president of research for a national health care system. During the past eighteen years, he has provided research and statistical consulting for business, education and government. Dr. Hoelter received his Ph.D. from Indiana University.
