With over three decades of experience in marketing research, Mike has held positions in analytics, operations, project direction, and LOB management. He has been noted for innovative solutions in each area, with notable expertise in identifying change requirements and bringing them to fruition. He has industry expertise in Information Technology, Health Care, Automotive, and Financial Services. Within the IT industry, he has had considerable experience with Solution Integration, Mobility Solutions, Server Technologies, and Channel Satisfaction and Optimization.
Mike has many years of SAS programming, Database Management, Sampling Management, Automated Process Development, and Statistical Process Control experience. Prior to joining Markinetics, Mike led teams of analysts within the IT and Telecom sectors at TNS, working with multiple global clients to develop ongoing insight from tracking studies and custom research with IT professionals on a global basis. His specific insights are enhanced by his work as the IT director at Opinion Research Corporation, where he led teams in developing automated solutions to ongoing research studies while dramatically improving turnaround times. He also played a lead role in the initial ISO certification of ORC.
Mike earned an MBA in Executive Management and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Toledo. In his spare time, he enjoys autocross and being a “stage Dad”.
